I have used Joy and the Island Efficient team for several residential (kitchen, bathroom, interior design) and commercial (office) projects and I would use them again. Joy and team do a great job often under very tight deadlines and budgets! For interior design Joy is able to take my vague ideas and make it a beautiful reality.

I’ve done a few nice projects with Levi.The crews are amazing and easy to work with which isn’t a normal industry thing.They are very knowledgable extremely helpful and do everything they can to understand each process.I’ve worked with many many builders in this company is definitely at the top of the list

We had a very good experience with IEH. Chris, Joy, and Levi did excavating, designing, liaising with the Regional District, and construction of our workshop/garage. Their trades and sub trades were excellent also. The team was easy to work with, offered sound advice, organized, and budget-conscious. We are very happy with our new building and recommend IEH.
